The lecture will focus on bias motivated violence, especially homophobic and transphobic. We will talk about how to recognize it and what to do afterwards from (not only) a legal point of view.

Lucia Elsner’s lecture will focus on bias motivated violence. We will describe its forms, motives, and present the most vulnerable groups. Subsequently, we will focus on homophobic and transphobic violence, while we will talk about how to recognize it and how to solve the situation (not only) from a legal point of view. Statistics and case studies will also be part of the presentation.
